Reviews and Ratings <br />
I just got back from a great week at El Cid Castilla in Mazatlán. The view from my pool room was fantastic, overlooking the El Moro pool and the ocean. The atmosphere was generally quiet, especially during the weekdays, but weekends brought in a lot of families, which made things hectic. The food and drinks were plentiful, but the entertainment could use some improvement. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a solid choice for a beach getaway.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed, with some highlights and some letdowns. The location was great, offering easy access to the beach and attractions, while the dining was decent, although the service in the buffet could use improvement. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but there were aspects that could definitely be enhanced.
Our stay at El Cid was quite enjoyable, with clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere. The pools were fantastic and the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. However, it was challenging to secure restaurant reservations and the beach area felt a bit crowded. Overall, we had a very pleasant time at this resort.
We had a great stay at this hotel with its amazing beach and attentive staff. The rooms were clean and spacious, making our experience relaxing. While the dining options had their highs and lows, especially with the a la carte restaurants, we generally found the buffet to have varied choices. One downside was the crowded beach and pool area, where finding a chair was often a challenge. Overall, it was a lovely place, but some improvements could enhance the experience further.
Our stay was quite enjoyable! The resort had good food options, with plenty of authentic Mexican dishes and a fantastic sushi restaurant that we loved. The pool area was great for the kids, but we found the beach a bit lacking compared to other spots we've visited. Although the Wi-Fi comes at a cost and the beach was crowded, the overall experience was positive, especially for a family getaway.
